Oral Presentation Info

12/4: Oral Presentation Information

Hi Students!

Before we get started on presenting in class today, I'd like to make sure you have the following information:

First of all, make sure to upload your final presentation to the folder I have shared with you in Dropbox.

Please take a look at this rubric so you can know how I will evaluate your oral presentation.

If there are words you are not sure how to pronounce, I advise you to visit this online dictionary. You can type in the word and then click on the audio icon to hear how it is pronounced. You do not have to do this for every word, but for ones that you might be repeating a lot. For example enamel vs. animal. If the first is pronounced like the second, the meaning of your entire talk may be lost!

Take a look at this page if you get a chance. It turns out we can all have private accounts on Instagram and be able to see each other's photos through the hashtag!

Lastly, I am including an APA handout, in case it helps for the revision of the final argumentative essay.

Thanks!

--Lisa
